This compensation plan has it all. Weekly payout in
the form of PowerStart bonuses, monthly Unilevel checks
earned from generous percentages through 9 levels and
beyond (compression), a quarterly global bonus pool for

Weekly PowerStart Bonus
Earn commissions right away with weekly PowerStart
checks.
When you are on a monthly Auto Order of 100 PV you
qualify to receive a one-time bonus of 30 percent on
your personally sponsored distributor's initial order.
For example, earn $30 on one case or $60
on two cases of your personally sponsored distributor's
first order. As you can see, just by personally
sponsoring three people you have nearly recovered
your initial investment.
In addition, when you are on 200 PV Auto Order, you
also qualify for a PowerStart "Double Depth"
bonus that pays you 15 percent on the initial orders of
those distributors that your personally sponsored
distributors sponsor (try saying that ten times fast).
Monthly Unilevel Check
On or before the 20th day of each month, XanGo™
sends out Unilevel paychecks.
The chart above shows the different "Distributor
Positions" you can reach within XanGo™.
Briefly explained:
- 1K means you have 3 personally sponsored
distributors in your organization and your group
volume is 10 cases
- 5K means you have 3 personally sponsored
1K distributors and your group volume is 50
cases
- 20K means you have 3 personally
sponsored 5K distributors and your group volume
is 200 cases
- Premier means you have 2 personally
sponsored 20K distributors, 1 personally sponsored
5K distributor and your group volume is 500
cases
Notice that to earn commissions on your 6th, 7th, 8th
and 9th levels you will need to be on 200 PV Auto Order
(2 cases) per month. You can easily upgrade your order
from 100 PV to 200 PV by logging into your back office
at http://XanGo.net
Example of Possible Monthly
Unilevel Check
This chart is fairly self-explanatory The more people
in your organization, the higher your commission. The Minimum
Payout amount is based on each distributor in your
organization ordering 1 case of XanGo™ each month. The
Maximum
Payout amount is based on each distributor in your
organization ordering 2 cases of XanGo™ each month. A
mixture of the two will bring you a check somewhere
between the minimum and maximum payout for that level.
Quarterly Global Bonus
Every three months, XanGo™ rewards the current
leading distributors through the Global Bonus Pool. This
check will be divided between the top distributors.
Reach the top and get a portion of the 3 percent bonus.
Premier Bonus Pool
In addition to the Quarterly Bonus Pool, leaders
reaching the following bonus criterion can now qualify
to receive a percentage of total global volume (paid
quarterly) in the form of a High Performance Bonus. To
receive this High Performance Bonus you must maintain a
200 PV minimum monthly Auto Order and qualify as
follows:
Premier must have:
- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a
quarter
- a $2,500 monthly Unilevel* check
Will receive pro rata share based on first 3 volume
levels.
100K Premier must have:
- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a
quarter
- 3 Personally Sponsored 20Ks
- 1 Personally Sponsored 5K
- 100,000 GPV
- a $5,000 monthly Unilevel* check
Will receive pro rata share based on first 6 volume
levels
200K Premier must have:
- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a
quarter
- 3 Personally Sponsored Premiers
- 1 Personally Sponsored 20K
- 200,000 GPV
- a $10,000 monthly Unilevel* check
Will receive pro rata share based on first 9 volume
levels.
* Percentages received from special promotional
bonuses are not included in monthly commission check
requirements.
