Hi Team,
For some of you this will be your first full month with XanGo!!.
Let's see everyone at 1k minimum and anyone wanting to shoot for 5k this month, let's talk and strategize.
Because I have two legs that are self sufficient, in fact I think that Naomi will be going 20k in November!!!...I want to focus and concentrate on helping everyone in my third leg.
I personally recruited 10 people in September. I gave away all the sponsorship positions except for one. 
This will give each of you the beginning of your structure, so lets flesh it out this month.
I will continue recruiting because I can't stop myself (grin).  I think everyone needs to hear about XanGo...sooner, than later!
As I recruit this month, we need to be in close contact so that I know who you are recruiting and where they will be placed.  Be sure to CALL ME before placing anybody so we maximize our joint efforts.  I will be placing people so that everyone can reach a minimum level of 1K this month.
With XanGo, you can't do it all with volume and you can't use your structure without volume. 
You want to focus on both of them...structure - 3 legs with 3 legs with 3 legs (see xangodreams.com) and volume, 1k, 5k, 20k...

So, let's look at it step by step.

I.   You need to be on auto-order. 

II.  You want to build your auto-order up to $200
         a. If you have more product to order than $200, don't order it under your ID# number, place it in your downline to help with their volume. No need for more than the $200 auto-order.
                1. Since you earn 10% on your third level, you should place volume orders there, even your own extra personal volume!!! :) 
               2. All your product orders or 'customer only' distributors should be positioned on your 3rd level.

III.  You need 3 good builders that you sponsor first line to you. I have given most of you one and some of you two in that position already, and given you the sponsor bonus. So you will only need to find one or two more. Then, if like me, you are sponsoring a lot, do the same thing I did and give the sponsorship away to your people downline from you so they can begin their structure. 
          a.  If they are product only, you still want to place them on your third line, keeping the sponsorship, but giving the positioning to a downline.
          b.  Until you are PREMIER, you really don't need more people sponsored first level to you. When you are a solid PREMIER, you can build three again!
            **This is the truly remarkable aspect of XanGo that is seeing people who have never been successful, realizing dreams! If you don't "get" this part, we need to talk about it so you understand the strategy necessary to maximize this compensation plan. 

IV.   You need to bring your group volume to 1k
           a.  You need 3 personally sponsored people on auto-order for $100 
           b.  personal auto-order $100
           c.  group volume $1000

V.   You have your structure started, now it's time to look to your downline and help them get their structure and volume.

VI.   You need to be on at least $100 auto-order and your group volume 5k
          a. Make sure your downline understand structure and help them get 3 good building legs
          b.  Help each of your 3 legs to reach 1K
          c.  Repeat step II to V with your downline!

VII.  You need to be on $200 auto-order and your group volume to 20k
           a.  You need to help your three legs reach 5k
          b.  Repeat step II to V with your downline!!

VII.  Next step - PREMIER!!   This is where you will REALLY benefit from your first VII Steps.
         a.  You need 200K group volume
           b.  You need one 5K leg
          C.  You need two 20k legs
         C.  If you have trained your people as they came in, helped them to reach each level, this will be a cake-walk!
