ITI E-Commerce
BackClear those dang ol' COOKIES!!!
If you are having trouble with your ITI Replicating website and pulling up other peoples information, such as on your "join" form, or email, or anywhere else, it's time to CLEAR YOUR COOKIES!!
Just open your browser to any website EXCEPT an ITI site. I use
DotAnything.com, for example, but any will do...as long as it's NOT
an ITI site of any kind. (these directions are for Microsoft Explorer)
1. Click on TOOLS on the top task bar, then click on
INTERNET OPTIONS.
2. This will open a box with several choices.
In the center portion of this box there is a choice called: TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
3. Within this box, click on DELETE FILES and another little box opens.
4. There is a blank check mark in this little box, "Delete all offline
content". Click your mouse to Check that box and
then click on OK.
5. Now go back to the original box that says TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
(it's still open) and click on SETTINGS.
6. Then click on VIEW SETTINGS.
7. You will get another window that has a list of files. Most of them will be cookie files.
Click on EDIT, in
the top task bar of this smaller window, then choose SELECT
ALL.
When you do that, all the files will be highlighted.
8. Then click or push the DELETE button
on your keyboard.
Voila...You have just cleared 90% of your cookies. This should solve your problem.
